The acquisition by Integritie greatly strengthens the depth of products and services we are able to provide our joint customers, enhancing our combined IBM FileNet, Content Management, IBM Records Management, and Image Capture integrated technical resources and solution offerings.
As a result of this exciting acquisition, Oceanus will be merged within the Integritie brand, enabling Integritie to provide both our new and existing customers a greater range of technical resource expertise, a more comprehensive helpdesk technical support service and a wider range of business applications, products and services. I am also pleased to let you know that our intent is to keep all the Oceanus sales, technical delivery, development and helpdesk staff, integrating everyone into the Integritie line management structure, enabling a larger and more focused company to support your business needs, service levels, and business expectations.
Integritie is committed to keep and expand the key Oceanus software applications such as the Oceanus Case Management Application (CMS), plus Onview, Clearview, and SocialView. We intend to further expand and develop the application functionality while also integrating these into the Integritie Knowledge Capture portfolio that will help us provide a world class and unique proposition.
